Welcome to Eighty8 Media Pty Ltd ABN 54 649 857 894 trading as Eighty8 Media and Eighty8 Education (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, courses, products, or digital materials (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we may choose to repair or replace the Service where appropriate.

  • All content, strategies, frameworks, templates, or advice provided through our Services are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Eighty8 Media Pty Ltd (trading as Eighty8 Media and Eighty8 Education), its directors, employees, and contractors accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, claims, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, earnings, outcomes, or performance.

  • You acknowledge that business success depends on many factors outside of our control, including your own decisions, actions, and execution.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All digital products, courses, and masterclasses are non-refundable, except as required under the ACL.

  • Once access to digital content has been provided, the Service is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

  • Subscription-based Services will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, templates, designs, and course content are the exclusive intellectual property of Eighty8 Media Pty Ltd.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your personal or internal business use only.

  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell our content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy;

  • Acknowledge that the information provided is for educational purposes only;

  • Accept that Eighty8 Media Pty Ltd (trading as Eighty8 Media and Eighty8 Education) is not liable for any reliance on or application of the information provided;

  • Understand that all sales are final, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
